• By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which form a legally binding agreement between you and CENTRAL VIDEO DEVELOPMENT LLC, APILOGY.
• If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the App.

• Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, extract source code, translate, or create derivative works of the App or its components without prior written consent.

3. App Usage and Responsibilities

• Security: You are responsible for securing your device and access to the App. We recommend avoiding jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this may compromise security and App functionality.
• Internet Connectivity: The App requires an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). You are responsible for any data charges incurred, including roaming fees, as per your mobile network provider's terms.
• Third-Party Services: The App may use third-party services (e.g., Google Play Services) with their own Terms and Conditions, accessible via their respective websites.
• Device Maintenance: You are responsible for ensuring your device is charged and compatible with the App. We are not liable for any issues arising from device failure or incompatibility.

4. Content Responsibility and Liability

• No Liability for Content: CENTRAL VIDEO DEVELOPMENT LLC, APILOGY is not responsible for the content created, uploaded, or shared using the App. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content complies with applicable laws, including intellectual property and privacy regulations.
• Prohibited Content: You must not use the App to create, upload, or share illegal content, including but not limited to unlawful images, videos, deepfake media, or content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold CENTRAL VIDEO DEVELOPMENT LLC, APILOGY, its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the App or the content you create, including any violations of third-party rights.

5. Abuse Prevention and Rate Limiting

• Monitoring: We employ automated systems to monitor user activity and prevent misuse or abuse of the App.
• Rate Limiting: To ensure server stability, we may implement automatic rate limiting to restrict access if harmful or suspicious behavior is detected.
• Temporary Restrictions: Any access restrictions are temporary and will be lifted after a designated period. For concerns about restrictions, contact our support team at apilogy1@gmail.com.
• Compliance: By using the App, you agree to adhere to these terms and acknowledge our right to enforce rate limiting to protect our systems and users.

6. Subscription and Cancellation Policy

• Subscription Charges: We reserve the right to charge for App services. Any charges will be clearly communicated to you prior to billing.
• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time, provided cancellation is requested at least two (2) days prior to the scheduled billing date. To cancel, follow the instructions in your account settings or contact apilogy1@gmail.com.
• Final Payments: All payments made for the App or its services are final transactions, including but not limited to subscription fees, in-app purchases, or other charges. All sales are final.
• Activity Log Sharing: In the event of a subscription dispute, your activity logs may be shared with the relevant app store (e.g., Google Play or Apple App Store) to verify usage and ensure transparency. This process complies with our privacy policy.

7. Updates and Termination

• App Updates: We may update the App periodically to improve functionality or compatibility. You agree to install updates to continue using the App.
• Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time without notice. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these terms will cease, and you must stop using and delete the App from your device.

8. Limitation of Liability

• No Warranty: The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices.
• Third-Party Information: We rely on third-party providers for certain information and functionality. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on such information.
• General Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, CENTRAL VIDEO DEVELOPMENT LLC, APILOGY shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or inability to access it.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• We may update these Terms and Conditions at our discretion. Changes will be posted on this page and are effective as of August 20, 2025.
• You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
